How to Use

Laurinex can be safely used on thousands of surfaces and fabrics. Always test Laurinex on a small inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.

Laurinex should not be used on limestone, quartzite, unetched marble, or marble surfaces that have been coated by a chemical sealer. Avoid using on any surface where exposure to lemon juice or vinegar would be avoided as well.

General Directions

  • Remove loose dirt and debris from the surface being cleaned.
  • Shake Laurinex then apply to the surface with a sponge or streaming applicator.
  • Let sit for 1 minute for normal applications. 2-5 minutes for heavy stains. Scrub gently with a small brush or scrub sponge to dislodge any accumulated dirt and stains.
  • Rinse with fresh water, then dry with a cloth.  This is very important that you rinse away Laurinex and the biofilm carcasses with fresh water.  Not rinsing with water will let Laurinex dry in the same way lemon juice will dry, leaving surfaces like your floor or countertop with a sticky feeling.
We recommend these use instructions for Laurinex:
  1. Apply Laurinex directly on the surface with your spray bottle.  Alternatively we recommend to spray Laurinex into a damp sponge or rag then wipe surfaces clean with Laurinex.
  2. Rinse the sponge or rag with fresh water then wipe the surface again to remove Laurinex and the microorganism carcass.
  3. Follow this by wiping the surface again with a dry towel, and your surfaces will be sparkling clean.
Please review these instructions, as a reminder to be sure you rinse or wipe away Laurinex with fresh water.  Not rinsing away with water after applying Laurinex is simply like leaving lemon juice to dry on the surface, which leaves a sticky or tacky residue.

One of the ingredients in Laurinex is coconut soap.  We recommend storing Laurinex at temperatures above 68 degrees Fahrenheit.  This is because pure coconut oil becomes solid below 68 degrees, which causes the coconut ingredients to form a thin solid layer on top of Laurinex.  If this occurs, simply place your Laurinex bottles on an air vent from a house heating system, then shake the Laurinex bottle and all the ingredients go back into solution.

Finally, applying Laurinex on most marble surfaces should be avoided in the same way vinegar, lemon juice, and wine should also not be used on marble.
